Industrial construction in Kenitra and the Atlantic Free Zone
Kenitra has become one of Morocco's two major automotive hubs. INTEC BATI builds steel-frame industrial buildings there, fabricated in our Tangier plant and erected by our crews.
Kenitra, an automotive hub
The Atlantic Free Zone in Kenitra covers about 600 hectares, halfway between Tangier and Casablanca. It is home to the Stellantis Kenitra plant and an ecosystem of automotive suppliers, alongside manufacturers from other sectors.
This ecosystem creates steady demand for buildings: new supplier plants, extensions linked to production ramp-ups and nearby warehouses.
Fabricated in Tangier, erected in Kenitra
Shop fabrication
All the steel is fabricated and inspected in our Tangier plant, linked to Kenitra by motorway.
Delivery in erection sequence
Marked members arrive on site according to the schedule, with no unnecessary stock on site.
Dedicated erection crews
Our crews stay on your site for the whole erection period.
One project manager
Coordinates engineering, civil works, fabrication and erection, and keeps you informed.
Building for the automotive supply chain
Suppliers located around a carmaker must deliver at the pace of its lines, so their building has to be ready on time and able to grow. Our experience with automotive suppliers (Aptiv, Valeo, Kromberg & Schubert, Motherson, Sealynx, Eurostyle…) has taught us to design expandable plants, delivered in 6 to 10 months depending on the area. See also our page on Tanger Automotive City.
Extensions of operating sites
We also extend existing plants in Kenitra: assessment of the existing structure, phased works and coordination with your production to limit downtime.
